According to the terms of this license agreement, the user fully understands and expressly agrees that the use of N1 Solutions (Private) Limited's products and services are at the user's sole risk, and that the user will be solely responsible for any damage to his/her computer system or loss of data resulting from the use of such product(s), service(s) and/or data. N1 Solutions (Private) Limited's products are intended for use at user's own discretion and therefore cannot be reproduced or redistributed without prior written agreement with N1 Solutions(Private) Limited. Source code is considered property of N1 Solutions (Private) Limited unless other is negotiated and agreed upon in written form.

The user understands and agrees that N1 Solutions (Private) Limited's products and services are provided "AS IS", therefore, N1 Solutions (Private) Limited disclaims all warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. N1 Solutions (Private) Limited makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products and/or services.

N1 Solutions (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind that result from the use of or the inability to use N1 Solutions (Private) Limited's products and/or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, data or other intangibles, even if N1 Solutions (Private) Limited had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
